Meet Erin Marney, the Newest Member of the Maxim Team

In her role as Operations Manager, Erin is responsible for overseeing all of our internal operations and procedures, as well as keeping the office running smoothly.

Erin previously worked for the Hunter Business Chamber and brings with her over 20 years of experience in administration, events and marketing. She is passionate about relationship building, technology and community.

“I really share the enthusiasm of the team here at Maxim and have been inspired by our motto ‘Success is what you make it’. I’m keen to keep exploring new systems and software in order to help the team be more efficient and effective” said Erin.

“During my 16 years at the Chamber, I was privileged to meet and work with so many great business people – directors and staff. I hope to retain these connections in my role here at Maxim, as well as continue to build many more.”

Outside work, Erin has been a Rotarian since 2014. She is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Warners Bay, assisting with their marketing communications and performing the district role of Young Leaders Program Director.
